The backbone of our operation. Delivery Associates manage daily deliveries with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver packages safely and on schedule throughout your route
- Manage vehicles with care and maintain professional standards
- Communicate with dispatch and team members throughout the day
- Represent D&V Package Express with professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
The Opportunity
Schedule
4-day work weeks with standard 10:15 AM – 8:30 PM shifts. Flexible 3-5 day options available based on operational needs and your preferences.
Compensation
Starting at $22.50/hour with structured increases at 6, 12, 24, and 36-month milestones. Weekly bonuses and Sunday premium pay available.
